Merritt Bakery is an old school traditional bakery that makes everything from scratch with zero preservatives.
Baked freshly in-house and peanut-free, our desserts come in many varieties and taste as good as they look!

Wedding Cakes

We have a wide range of occasion cakes to choose from to suit your needs. From 7" round cakes that serve 6 people, to full sheet double filling cakes that serve 100+.

Choices of frosting: butter cream, whipped cream, fudge and hard icing.
Choices of filling: strawberry, chocolate (pudding, fudge, or butter cream), vanilla (custard, Napolean cream, or whipped cream), cherry, pineapple, blueberry and more.
We also have fresh strawberries, bananas, or canoli cream at extra charge.
Our prices are very reasonable, starting at $18 for a 7" cake, $29 for a 10" square that serves 20 people, 1/2 sheet-cake at $50 that serves 40 people, and a full sheet that serves 75 for $90
We also have picture cakes at extra charge, that are very popular and are sure to be a hit. It will turn any cake into a personal work of art!

Cookie Selection

What makes our cookies the best?

Pure butter, farm-fresh eggs, homemade fudge, and our own almond paste made from scratch in-house.
We make, bake, fill and dip them as needed so they are not sitting on our shelves for long. This is an expectation that your local big warehouse clubs or national cookie companies just cannot meet.

We offer 2 pound to 8 pound trays (~20 cookies per pound)

Rainbow, chocolate chip, lace nut, leaf, french (with almond paste), button, fig, fudge walnut, coconut macaroon, and shortbread
Call by noon and your package will arrive the next day within 100 miles of NYC. We do local DELIVERIES for any occasion like holiday gifts, birthdays, wakes, funerals, or just a thank you! Whether you would like to send just one tray to a business associate, or a company sending 100 trays, we are ready. Our cookies are wrapped and shipped shortly after being freshly baked!

Shipping Information

Our cookies ship the best, due to their longer shelf-life. When wrapped, they have a shelf-life of up to three weeks and also hold up well during transport.

Shipping is via USPS or UPS ground. Generally, it takes 1 business day in the NY area, and up to 3-4 business days to Florida or California. Faster shipping is available for higher rates.
Pricing:
2 lb cookie tray shipped anywhere in the US - flat rate of $53
Bigger sizes - $14/lb plus $25 per shipping box
Other items we ship: rasperry rafts, chocolate, almond, raspberry pastries, mondel bread, and whoopie pies.
